Under this framework, Anokha undertakes not to collect or process data without the consent of the respective holder. Anokha undertakes not to transmit the personal data collected to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

Contact Form

The Contact page includes a form to allow the user to contact Anokha. This form does not store the data provided in any automatic database, limiting itself to sending the information to Anokha's contact email.

The Newsletter subscription form, available on the homepage, asks the user for an email address to send an informative newsletter. When subscribing, the user must give express permission for their data to be used to send newsletters, via email, by Anokha.

By agreeing to receive this information, the user agrees that their email is kept in an autonomous database, managed through the Mailchimp online service, expressly used to send information under Anokha’s responsibility.

To reinforce the express consent, a subscription confirmation request is sent to the email provided. If the recipient of the email provided does not confirm the subscription, it will be void and the data provided will not be entered into the newsletter database.

All emails sent by newsletter include mechanisms that allow you to easily and automatically remove all your data from this database.
